The Men’s U19 National Team is pleased to report that nine players have signed up to participate as a Development Team at the 2021 Golden Gate Cup in San Jose!  The tournament runs Friday-Sunday, November 12-14.  The team is welcoming players born between 2008 and 2004 to participate and showcase their skills.  If you are interested in developing your skills at the highest level of US floorball, this is a must-participate event. The team will meet on Friday and will compete in the Elite division against the best clubs in the country.

The roster so far is a mix of international experience as well as newer players.  There is room for you!  We would love to add another 5-6 players to our roster to help them earn valuable experience to further their chances of being selected to the US Men’s U19 National Team for next year’s WFC qualifier.  Daniel Williamsson of Orlando Vikings Floorball will again coach the team.  National Team Head Coach Joel Olofsson will be watching from Sweden and will be evaluating talent for his roster next year.

Committed so far are the following players:

Keene Addington IV (Chicago)
Jack Bagley (Colorado)
Drake Bartolai (Chicago)
Almir Basir (North Texas)
Alex Radichel (North Texas)
Tyler Radichel (North Texas)
Ethan VanPatten (North Texas)
Landon VanPatten (North Texas)
Luke Williamsson (Orlando)
Cache Wilson (Utah)

We are still looking for players!  Please indicate your interest by filling out our interest form at:

You must be in San Jose by 6pm on Friday night (Pacific Time).  At this point the tournament could run as late as 5pm on Sunday night.  If you go, you are expected to be there for the entire tournament.  Please plan accordingly!  The team will be staying together in a team hotel or house and this will be a great chance to spend time with other floorball players your age from around the country, many with previous international experience!  This team features three members of the 2021 Men’s U19 team and one member from the 2019 squad. Sign up today, and help us grow the game by developing our domestic talent!  If you have questions, please email the MU19 General Manager, Brian Radichel, at brian.radichel@usfba.org.
