Updated: December 17, 2014

Dates: September 19-20, 2015
Venue: Round Rock Sports Center, 2400 Chisholm Trail, Round Rock, TX 78681

You can find the schedule here.

Tournament Game Format:
Two 15-minute halves.
Clock will stop for Penalties and if the score within 2 goals the last three minutes of the game
There is no overtime or shootout for a tie game on Day 1

Playoff games (Day 2) tied after regulation will be decided by a shootout.

Should the championship game end in a tie, there will be a 5-minute sudden death period following a 2-minute rest break. Teams will remain on the same side/bench where they ended the 2nd half. If the game remains tied after the 5-minute sudden death period, the teams will go to a shootout to determine a winner.

All shootouts will consist of 3 players on each side. If the teams are tied after the 3 initial players, the shootout will continue in a round-by-round fashion until a winner is determined. Each team will exhaust their roster before being allowed to repeat a shooter. In the event that one team’s roster is smaller than the other’s, the team with the larger amount of players will choose to sit the appropriate amount of players. (For example, if Team A has 6 field players and Team B has 8 field players, Team B will choose 2 players who will not participate in the shootout at any point.)

Points during the group games:
WINS are worth 2 points, TIES are worth 1 point, and LOSSES are worth 0 points.
Playoff seeds are determined based on point total at the end of the group games. In the event of two teams in the same group ending with an equal number of points, rank will be determined by the following factors (in this order):

1. Head-to-Head Status (the team who won their match takes the higher seed)
2. Goal Differential (the team with the higher +/- takes the higher seed)
3. Total Goals Scored (the team who has scored more goals takes the higher seed)
