The Board of Directors of USA Floorball is established by the Bylaws as follows:
Section 3.01 Authority and Responsibilities
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization, vested with all authority to oversee the affairs of USAFB.
The Board adopts policies, sets strategic goals, approves annual budgets, and ensures compliance with IFF rules and policies, USAFB’s own rules and policies, and relevant U.S. laws.
Section 3.02 Composition and Terms
a. Number of Directors: The Board of Directors shall consist of no fewer than five (5) and no more than nine (9) voting directors, one of whom is the President and be an odd number in total. The exact number shall be determined by Board policy. The initial Board of Directors shall be the Executive Committee and Working Group chairs, who will determine all initial policies.
b. Term: Directors shall serve terms of two (2) years to maintain continuity. Directors may be re-elected subject to any term limits set forth by policy.
c. Athlete Representation: The Board shall include at least one (1) Director (or applicable percentage required by relevant regulations) who is an athlete representative, consistent with IFF or USOPC guidelines.
Section 3.03 Eligibility
Directors must be in good standing with USAFB, meet any eligibility criteria established in the Policy Manual, and sign the Conflict of Interest and Code of Conduct Policy annually.
Section 3.04 Election and Vacancies
a. Election: Directors shall be elected by the Voting Membership at the AGM or via another procedure defined by the Board (e.g., electronic voting). All members in good standing, who are at least 18 years of age, shall be eligible to cast one (1) vote per available vacancy. Candidates receiving the highest number of votes, up to the number of available seats, shall be elected.
b. Vacancies: The Board may appoint an interim Director to fill any vacant seat until the next scheduled election.
c. Removal: A Director may be removed for just cause by two-thirds (2/3) majority of the Board or voting members, following due process outlined in the Policy Manual.
At the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) the previous Board put out a slate of seven candidates for election. As the first newly elected Board they would be split to four two-year terms and three one-year terms. No other nominations were offered. The membership voted and the following candidates were elected:
Floyd Colleps (Austin FC)
Ryan King (Birmingham)
Bryan Bagley (Colorado)
Steve Wilburn (Fresno FC)
Brian Radichel (NTFA)
Darryl Gross (NTFA)
Nick Baldaino (Richmond FC)
With the need to stagger the Board terms, the following split was made based on total votes received:
Colleps, King, Wilburn, and Baldaino - expires 2028
Bagley, Radichel, Gross - expires 2027
The new Board then voted on the officers of the Federation on Monday, 9/14/26. Per the Bylaws:
Section 4.01 Officers
Officers of USAFB shall include, at a minimum, a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. Additional officers may be established by the Board.
Section 4.02 Duties
a. President: Serves as the principal executive officer, presides over Board meetings, and represents USAFB externally.
b. Vice President: Assists the President in executing leadership responsibilities and presides over Board meetings in the President’s absence. Supports organizational governance, strategic initiatives, and may provide oversight to committees or special projects as assigned by the Board.
c. Secretary: Maintains official records, meeting minutes, and handles correspondence. Oversees document control and archiving.
d. Treasurer: Oversees financial operations, prepares budgets and financial reports, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and presents financial status to the Board and membership.
Section 4.03 Election, Term, and Removal
a. Election/Appointment: Officers may be elected by the Board from among its members or, if authorized by policy, from outside the Board if they meet eligibility requirements.
b. Term: Officers serve for a term of one (1) year or as specified by policy, subject to re-election or re-appointment.
c. Removal: Officers may be removed by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the entire Board, following notice and the opportunity to respond.
The following officers were elected:
President: Brian Radichel
Vice President: Steve Wilburn
Secretary: Ryan King
Treasurer: Darryl Gross
