Full Name.  Age.  Home floorball club.  How many years you have been playing floorball.  Will you need lodging.

$50

PayPal (preferred), Cash and checks accepted.

Who can participate:

Men and women ages 16+

*Participants in the camp do not have to be U.S. citizens.  However, to be eligible for any of the U.S. National Teams (Men's Team; Women's Team; U19 Men; U19 Women), players must have a valid U.S. passport.

SWIFT:

Show off your skills at the third annual South West Invitational Floorball Tournament August 2, 2014 in Austin.

SWIFT is 10:30a-7:30p (roughly) on 8/2 at Austin Recreation Center (1301 Shoal Creek Blvd). Entry is $225 for teams up to 9 players, $25/additional player up to 13 total.
