The Selection Process for the World Games!

For the first time ever the men's Team USA will be playing at the World Games in 2017 that will take place in Wroclaw, Poland the 26th to the 31^st of July with Team USA potentially gathering the 23^rd of July in Poland or some other country.

We are now looking for 14 players that are willing to take on the toughest challenge to date for USA Floorball.

What we require the following of those men who would like a spot on the squad:

· That you are a US citizen with a valid passport

· That you are actively playing floorball with continuous training and game play

· That you are or become an Elite member of USA Floorball

· That you are willing to cover your own as well as a part of the team's costs

· That you show your interest to the general manager Adam Troy

· A written assurance that you are fully committed to floorball up to the World Games, you play with your team as long as possible and then explain how you plan the off-season. How do you keep yourself in physical shape and how do you get floorball time with a stick and ball.

· That you belong to the absolute elite in skill, attitude and quality of USA Floorball

· Total sacrifice for the mission. We will face the world's top four nations - we are going to perform and go for the opportunity to prove what power, strength and energy Team USA can muster. To succeed, we must have players who go all in from today to the final game of the World Games.

* Continuous reports to Adam Troy and Head Coach Stefan Hedlund regarding your training and matching. It is also meriting to have a "second opinion" sent continuously from, we would suggest, the head coach of your team.

Email adam@usfba.org to express your interest by the 27^th of January 2017 at the latest and be ready to send a full plan of your training session up to the World Games by the 30^th of January. The selection process itself will take place in February.
