Devastating loss Despite Heroic Effort!

Team USA lost to Germany today after a dramatic game. Team USA kept in step with Germany up until the end of the second period when Germany scored 2-3. In the third Germany then went ahead to a 2-5 lead. But Team USA came back to 5-5 and seemed to have the momentum going into overtime. But with half a second to go German secured the win with a backhand shot thus ending the game at 5-6.

Tomorrow Team USA face Slovakia at 10:00 a.m. local time as the fight to secure a spot for the World Games continues.
