Women's First Game of WFC 2021

The Women's USA National Team played their opening game at the 2021 World Floorball Championships on Saturday, November 27, 2021, against Denmark. It was a good match and although Team USA went down 6-9 to Denmark, we held our own. The first goal of the game was scored after over 10 minutes into the first period. Back-to-back and responding goals for each side ensued throughout the match. This overall score was an improvement for our team with the previous matchup against Denmark being a 6-2 loss.

Forward Michelle Linhart made a hattrick and was awarded Player of the Game for Team USA.
