Almost Ready for the US Nationals This Weekend!

Things are moving fast in Birmingham, Alabama as preparations for the US Nationals reach their final phase. Unfortunately the Gerflor got stuck in customs, disappointing for all, but the SportCourt is getting laid down and is looking good.

The Gerflor got held up in US Customs in Savannah, GA and will not make it in time for the event. A huge disappointment for us all but we are happy to say there are some positives that are happening.

The floor will be SportCourt, similar to the floor at the Texas Open and Golden Gate Cup. We have stands for 300 people, and the concession stand will be open inside the venue all weekend!

We have also gotten a full-sized warm up floor in the next bay over, so teams will be able to warm up ahead of time.

Also the scoreboard situation is REALLY good! We have a 20′ video board and major sound system.

Finally we will be livestreaming all the games on our Solidsport channel here. It will be without commentators and a basic stream but it will be FREE!
