The Women's World Floorball Championships Americas Qualification games are scheduled for February 25-26, 2023 in Toronto, Ontario. The Team who advances will head to the 2023 WFC in Singapore. In order for USA to win they must beat Canada in points over the course of two games. It has been several years since the two teams went head to head as Covid stood in the way of the 2021 Americas Qualification games with Team USA automatically advancing due to previous standings. Team USA's manager, Ann Lövgren, states "It's always an exciting feeling going to the qualifier, we are always trying out a few new players and are looking forward to seeing how they compete. We're also taking the opportunity to mix our new players with more experienced ones in an effort to develop chemistry within new line combinations." Team USA's goal is always to advance to the WFC, however, "We are hoping for two even and exciting games against Team Canada." Fans can catch the Americas Qualification games in person or by streaming them from IFF's website for a small fee.
